We are not primarily a tenant-management, rent-collection, or lease-administration company. Our focus is the physical property — the building and the site.
When the roof leaks, an HVAC unit needs service, a plumbing issue develops, electrical work is needed, gutters fail, exterior damage occurs, drywall needs repair, or a major capital project needs to be planned and completed, we help get it handled. We identify problems, determine what needs attention, coordinate the appropriate solution, oversee the work, and keep the physical property operating properly.
